Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping: 5-10 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the shipping system.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders in a timely manner, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In case of delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather or incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
If we decide to offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping, which vary by destination.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address. If the package is returned to us, we can either issue a refund minus shipping costs or ship it again at the customer's expense.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you, but we are not responsible for damages, lost or stolen packages once shipped.
