Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and a description. Only approved cases will receive a replacement for the same item. No replacements will be issued more than once per item/order. After one replacement is provided, no further adjustments will be made.

Incorrect Orders: For any incorrectly shipped items, notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange to have the correct item sent to you.
