  1. All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and hygiene.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and a description. Only approved cases will receive a replacement for the same item. No replacements will be issued more than once per item/order. After one replacement is provided, no further adjustments will be made.

  3. Incorrect Orders: For any incorrectly shipped items, notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange to have the correct item sent to you.

  4. Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.

  5. Exceptions: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
